  • Had been a consultant on different occasions to local and international organizations (World Bank, UNESCO, RECSAM, Ministry of Education, Malaysia, Sabah State Government, and Malaysian Qualifications Agency)
  • Had served as an a member of Examiner Committee to Malaysia Toray Science Foundation, External Assessor to several local universities for promotion of staff to Professor and Associate Professor, External Examiners to PhD theses at local and foreign universities.
