This course is designed to introduce fundamental knowledge of HRM and its strategic roles to organisation’s performance. The knowledge you gain from this course could help in two-fold; first, if you want to specialise in HRM, you may gain an overall picture of how HRM works in organisation context, and second, if you want to specialize in areas other than HRM, you may gain basics of how HR functions can improve organisation performance.

1 - Apply human resource concept in real work setting and handling major issues pertaining to human resource. This definitely would help enhance organizational performance through systematic human resource practice. |
2 - Acquire knowledge of many of the main empirical studies, which have informed the development of the subject and current knowledge of HR system and in legal aspect. |
